By accessing RealDub services, you accept these terms. We operate as a real estate consultancy in the UAE, providing property listings, consultations, and connections between buyers, sellers, and agents.

2. RERA Compliance

RealDub operates in compliance with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and Dubai Land Department regulations. All our registered agents hold valid RERA licenses.

3. Financial Transactions

IMPORTANT: RealDub does not handle financial transactions. All payments must be through licensed channels. We recommend using escrow services, verifying developer registration with Dubai Land Department, and never transferring money to unverified parties.

4. Governing Law
